Food and Drink on the Concourse

  • Food and beverage outlets can be found all the way around the concourse.
  • Food available includes hamburgers, chips, hotdogs and pies. 
  • Specific outlets sell fish and chips, curries, baked potatoes, sandwiches, donuts and slices and icecream.
  • Check out the signs on the concourse walls for exact locations.
  • Beverages available include water, soft drinks, coffee, tea, beer and wine
  • The outlets closest to the entrances tend to have the longest queues.  You may find a shorter queue if you walk to the next outlet
  • A Food Court area is available at Aisle 13 with seating
  • You may bring small amounts of homemade food for personal consumption.  The only beverage you can bring in with you is water in a sealed plastic bottle no bigger than one litre.  See Entry Conditions for full details
  • No eftpos is available on the Concourse outlets.

Pavilion  

  • The Pavilion bar is a great place to meet your friends at Stadium events and catch up for a drink and something to eat.
  • You can find the Pavilion between the two entrances to the concourse.  Entrance to the Pavilion is opposite Aisles 18 and 16.
  • On non-event days the Pavilion is available for private functions: contact the Function Centre for details.

ATM Machines

Two ATM machines are located at Aisles 16 and 20
Two Eftpos desks are staffed for most events, located at Aisles 19 and 15.  They provide Eftpos withdrawals and NZ credit card withdrawals.

Water fountains

Located at Aisles 6, 11, 23, & 28

Baby Change Facilities

These are located next to Aisles 3, 12, 21, 30 (Separate from main toilet blocks)

First Aid

If you require medical assistance please alert a security attendant, or go to the First Aid booth at Aisle 19.

Information & Security Help Desk

The main information desk is located at Aisle 18.
Security help points are also located at Aisles 11 and 26

Merchandise

For sporting events, the usual merchandise outlets are located at Aisles 14 & 23.
For concerts, the location of merchandise outlets may vary.

Aisle 13 Tana Umaga tribute

Tana Umaga is one of the legends of Wellington and NZ Rugby.  Visit the tribute to Tana at Aisle 13.

Smoking Areas

Westpac Stadium is a Smoke Free Venue.  Smoking is only permitted:

  • On the plaza -  area between the turnstiles and the main doors to the enclosed public gallery
  • At the emergency exit spiral ramp at the northern end of the Stadium (between aisle 34 and 35)

Emergency Procedures

The replay screens and television sets in the public areas of the stadium advise patrons of emergency procedures at each event day.  There is an emergency exit at the northern end of the Stadium, as well as the usual exits.
