 How do I ...

Bring a guest?

Where possible, we will offer Deloitte Club members the opportunity to bring guests to events at the Stadium. However, to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort the number of guest passes available will usually be limited (one per membership held, subject to availability).

The cost of guest passes may vary from event to event, and will be advised in our regular email communications.   For price information or to purchase guest passes please telephone 0508 MEMBER (0508 636 237) or email 0508member@ticketek.co.nz in the first instance.

Please remember that it is the member’s responsibility to ensure that his/her guest/s are aware of the lounge dress code and behavioural standards.

Please also remember that guests require their own event ticket for entry to the stadium.

If any guest passes remain unsold on event day, these will be available for sale to members from the information desk inside the members’ entrance, up until the commencement of the event.

Book a meal in the Deloitte Gallery?

To book for dining in the Deloitte Gallery, call 0508 MEMBER (0508 636237) at least three days before an event, give your name and membership number and specify when you wish to dine. Reservations are essential, and diners will be seated at tables for 10.  At some events, smaller tables may be available.

You will be asked to pay the set dinner price in advance, so have your credit card details ready. Members will be responsible for paying on the day for any beverages they order. These payments can be made with credit card or cash.

Use your priority booking rights?

Priority booking rights for concerts and other non-scheduled events are made available at the discretion of the event promoter.  Details of any priority booking offer will be advised in advance, along with any restrictions on the number of tickets that may be purchased.

To book, call 0508 MEMBER (0508 636237) and give your membership number and name.

Book for a match or event at the Basin Reserve?

Stadium members are entitled to attend all test cricket matches held at the Basin Reserve on presentation of their membership cards. Members may also sit in the R A Vance Stand and access the Long Room on presentation of their membership cards.

Members may also attend domestic cricket matches up to semi-final stage of domestic one-day competitions. Under current arrangements with Cricket Wellington, members must pay for entry to semi-finals and finals of domestic competitions, but they are entitled to access the R A Vance Stand and Long Room on presentation of their membership cards.

Entry to the Long Room is not guaranteed as it is dependent on space being available.

Let someone else use your membership for an event?

Members may lend their membership card and associated benefits to others for an event. A disabled member who lends their membership to a non-disabled person, or vice versa, must let the Membership Manager know at least 3 days before the event so that suitable seating can be arranged.

Members are also required to ensure anyone who temporarily uses their membership rights and privileges is informed of the dress code and behaviour requirements.

Book and use a carpark?

Members may purchase an annual car park at the Stadium at a cost of $300 plus GST. All spaces in the mezzanine and public car parks are unassigned and are available on a first come first served basis, although the number of passes issued will not exceed the number of spaces in either car park. A limited number of reserved spaces in the bowl car park are held for members with mobility difficulties. Members are entitled to park at all events at the Stadium, including concerts, as well as to park if they are attending a function at the Stadium.

Contact the Stadium reception on 04 473 3881 to request an application form.

Change your reserved seat(s)?

Contact the Stadium Membership Manager. There is very limited scope for members to change seats.

Sell memberships?

Memberships can be sold, inherited and otherwise transferred to new owners. Any decision to transfer a membership is one for the owner. There is no official brokerage or exchange system, but the Membership Manager may have a waiting list or contacts that could be helpful.

A member wishing to transfer a membership must first notify the Membership Manager in writing. A transfer form will be issued which must be completed by both the transferor and the transferee before assignment of the membership can take place. The Trust will issue a new Membership card to the new owner.

Contact the Members' Committee?

There is a Members' Committee to which you may wish to address a particular issue.  You can contact the Chair of the Members' Committee either directly or via the Membership Manager.

Members of the Committee are rotated regularly, and will be advised to all members.  Stadium management meets with the Members' Committee on an as required basis.

Do children need a Membership Card to access the Members Lounges?

For most events, children under four years are admitted free into the Stadium if they sit on the accompanying adult's lap.  Children aged 4-14 must have their own membership card or entry ticket and (guest pass if inside the  members' lounges).  All children under 14 must be supervised by an accompanying adult and should not be allowed to disturb members' enjoyment of their facilities.
